Our average response time is usually under 15 days, but we occasionally hold submissions for longer periods.

We ask that you include a cover letter with your submission.

The letter should contain: your publishing history (if any), a link to your social network of choice (twitter, website, etc), a paragraph sumarizing your story, and any other relevant information about yourself.

Files can't be larger than 1MB (usually, this is not a problem, but if it is, contact us)

I (the Author) hereby grant the Publisher (Free Bundle Magazine and The Cabrera Brothers Company) non-exclusive rights to publish the above story (the Story) (online and by subscription, including any subscription method/medium available at the time of publication). I also grant The Publisher the non-exclusive right to make the above story available in e-book form (including any e-book format available at the time of publication), if the editors so choose, alone and/or anthologized with others, as long as the e-book falls under a Creative Commons “Attribution Non-Commercial No-Derivatives” 4.0 International license (“CC License”). I represent and warrant that I am the sole author of the Work, which is original and not previously published. To the best of my knowledge, it does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights, does not contain any libellous material, and nor does it violate any third party’s right of privacy or publicity. If I am found to be in wilful breach of any of these representations and warranties, I agree to indemnify the Publisher for any and all costs and expenses resulting from that breach. I understand and agree that, after the date of publication, my story will remain accessible online in the Publisher’s archives at the editors’ discretion, unless and until I submit a written request for its removal from the site. I grant the Publisher worldwide non-exclusive audio performance rights to the Story solely for use in an Episode of the Podcast (Free Bundle Originals). The Author understands and agrees that the Publisher shall distribute the Episode under a Creative Commons “Attribution Non-Commercial No-Derivatives” 4.0 International license (“CC License”). The Author and Publisher understand and agree that the (“CC License”) applies only to the Podcast Episode audio performance of the Story, that no public license is granted for any other use of the Author’s work and that copyright of the Episode shall vest in the Publisher. The Author also grants to the Publisher the additional, electronic non-exclusive rights to archive and republish both, the audio performance of the Story and the text, in future compilations, as long as the above terms are maintained. By submitting this form, the Author and the Publisher agree to electronic signature of this Agreement, and further consent to be legally bound by its terms and conditions as if the Agreement had been manually signed. The Author further warrants that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate their electronic signature.The author retains ownership of all rights under copyright in all versions of the story, and all rights not expressly granted in this agreement.
